Cesar is a mortgage loan officer entering his third year in lending at Texas Republic Bank. As a loan officer, he finds great joy in helping clients secure the right financing for their homes. Born in Dallas and raised in Plano and Richardson, Cesar has a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for guiding borrowers through the lending process. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or those with unique financial situations, Cesar is committed to finding tailored solutions that fit each client’s needs.
Fluent in Spanish, Cesar specializes in non-qualifying mortgage loans such as investor DSCR loans or self-employed bank statement loans as well as conventional and jumbo financing. Cesar also specializes in portfolio lending, making homeownership possible for those who may not fit traditional lending criteria.
With a client-focused approach, Cesar prioritizes transparency, education, and clear communication, ensuring borrowers feel confident at every step of the mortgage process.
Ed
Ed is an experienced mortgage loan officer who has lived and worked in north Dallas for more than 25 years. He raised his family in the Richardson ISD area and enjoys serving in the community where he lives and works.
He made a choice years ago to use his financial skills to help people with their home financing. He will tell you it is a blast to help a young family understand the financing side of buying a home, and to be with them at closing when they get the keys to their new home. It is equally exciting to help someone who is building a dream home and to provide the financing that turns their ideas into a reality.
When Ed is not working, his interests turn to strengthening families through his work as a community volunteer, a former Trustee for Buckner Children and Families Services and Buckner International, and through his church.
